By using FFCNation you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

FFCNation is a Christian organization dedicated to strengthening faith, family, community and civic pride. We are currently pursuing 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and have not received an IRS determination.

You may browse much of FFCNation without an account. Some features require one. You agree to give accurate information when you register, to keep your password to yourself, and to tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

FFCNation is intended for adults and for families using the site together, and is not directed to children under 13.

When using FFCNation, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or use the site to harm, harass, defame or impersonate anyone.
• Submit false information about a person, a church or an organization.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or administrative functions that are not yours.
• Probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or its security measures.
• Use FFCNation content for partisan campaigning, fundraising solicitations or advertising without our written permission.

Invitations, relationships and church membership features connect you to people and organizations you choose. Treat the people you connect with the way you would want to be treated. We may remove a connection or a listing that appears to be abusive or inaccurate.

You keep ownership of what you submit — profile details, assessment answers, church listing information, reports and messages. You grant FFCNation permission to store and use that content to operate the service and to produce aggregate, non-identifying reporting. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

The FFCNation name, logo, written material, designs, assessments and the arrangement of the site belong to FFCNation or its licensors and are protected by law. You may read, print and share pages for personal, family, church or educational use with attribution. You may not republish our material commercially, or present it as your own, without written permission.

Scripture in the Bible Challenge is drawn from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain.

The Civic Heartbeat assessment, the Family & Marriage Strength Index, the Bible Challenge and our other tools are educational and reflective. They are not psychological, medical, marital, financial, legal or spiritual professional advice, and they are not a test of anyone's faith. Results describe the answers given, nothing more.

Our voter education material is factual and nonpartisan. FFCNation does not endorse, oppose, rank or rate candidates for public office, and does not tell you how to vote.

Election information comes from official and public sources and is published with its source identified. Sources change, records are updated and errors occur. Always confirm deadlines, polling places and ballot content with your official state or local election authority before acting on them.

Some internal drafting and review workflows are assisted by AI tools used by FFCNation staff. Nothing is published to the site or to FFCNation's social accounts by an automated system alone; publication requires human review and approval.

FFCNation links to external sites and relies on third-party providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

You may stop using FFCNation at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access to an account that violates these Terms or that puts the service or other people at risk.

FFCNation is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FFCNation and the people who serve it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site.

You agree to indemnify FFCNation against claims arising from content you submit or from your use of the site in violation of these Terms or of the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which FFCNation is organized. [GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE TO BE CONFIRMED BY FFCNATION AND ITS LEGAL COUNSEL.] No arbitration agreement, class-action waiver or exclusive venue is being asserted in this version.
